Education

Education is important in the fight against doping, match fixing, illegal betting and corruption in sport. Education is the responsibility of administrators, coaches, trainers and other support personnel.

Anti-Doping Education

Each National Badminton Associations is responsible for implementing their own education programme. This should be supported by their National Anti-doping Organisation (NADO). The BWF is also responsible for providing an education programme – both awareness training and a programme that looks at the values of sport and the importance of fairness in sport.

BWF’s “i am badminton” campaign – focuses on educating badminton players on ethics in sport. Education is also the responsibility of administrators, coaches, trainers and other support personnel.
