c.  Section 5.5.7 – Explanation of Adjusted and Notional Ranking for Para-Badminton

This is an additional document to Clause 9.3 – Seeding under the Para-Badminton General Competition Regulation. This helps explain how the notional and adjusted ranking works in determining the seeding of doubles pairs at tournaments.

You are advised to read the whole document to fully understand which situation would require seeding of pairs to be determined via notional or adjusted rankings as well the method of calculation used.

The Technical Delegate will calculate the notional and adjusted ranking points once re-entry forms have been received following the 1st Team Managers Meetings at each tournament. Seedings will then be determined for each event.
